Ok, this is my first critique ever, so i'll try to be as honest and constructive as possible
First, I like to congratulate you on your technique and skills, it is really amazingly done! I love the colors, the blending, lights and shadows - everything is where it's supposed to be.

You have chosen a beautiful model and background and blend it nicely. The buildings in the distance give nice depth to the image. The composition is wonderful and the image really works with the title. You even made an effort with the font used, which only adds to the beauty of your work.

So - overall- it is a beautiful image, really nice to look at. The only thing i have to say something (little) negative about is originality - i think that in that sense this piece is not that unique. For some reason, angels are very popular

... and mostly associated with a sad feeling. But still, this is truly an amazing photo-manipulation.
