Well at first the composing of the images all together is awesome.The mixture between the yellow colour and the blue one gives a really adorable and beautiful mood .You really did use the blur feature nicely, the mountains, sky and the grounds appear far away as they should be while the focus is on the model and the near rock .The highlights are a good but not enough.The smudging is really awesome, the hair looks great.I don't like the rain or the snow effect, but they're nice blurred.I don't think it has that deep or strong vision.
Really nice job and well done
