I'm in no way an expert. In fact I'm very much a novice in the art world. So please take my opinion with a grain of salt.
What I like about this deviation is that it takes a minute to really get the full impact. You've got the beautiful woman with the aquatic look and the cat eyes and then the contrasting red material masking her. Those two draw the eye and the imagination at first. I got caught up in that, and then I pulled back and and was almost surprised by the sharks.
With them circling her it seems like she's in trouble, but the look on her face and the fact that she's hiding in the red material makes me think maybe it's the sharks that are actually being stalked.
I also really like the little details on like the small bubbles on the top and clinging to the material.
Good water "depth of field" and floaty hair and cloth effects.
Not so sure about air bubbles (I think a single column rising vertically before any current effects would be better) and face texture (to me it looks like a matrix of small evenly spaced bumps and you may have been intending scales?)
I hope this goes some way to answering your complaint about "quality of comments" since it doesn't just say "pretty"or similar.
